As you can imagine with EVERYTHING shut down our business is one that will struggle to make it out of this in one piece but we have faith we will weather the storm (at least we hope) but in the meantime we want our clients and class peeps to keep exercising so we are feverishly making videos to upload b/c ONE we will go crazy if we do nothing and TWO well maybe you guys watching can help us out. We are slowly moving all our VIDEOS to our new Youtube Channel 🙂 There are some videos that are hidden (due to music licensing) which we will keep on this page. We do not pretend to claim any of the music belongs to us however we pay a monthly subscription fee to use music that has been created just for group exercise use. We also own many Group Exercise CDs with music that is licensed and sold for this purpose.
