You will need you, maybe a pal or two for more fun, some water and a “ready to dance” kind of attitude. You will also want to ensure a clean and clear workout space for safety and shoes are recommended but not required depending on your floor covering. These are INDIVIDUAL/MINI WORKOUT song videos/MOST are not cued, that I have been collecting over time. Please keep in mind this is very “beginner” they are not edited or fancy bc I am doing all the work for free 🙂
