Core Barre: Fitting It In, LLC.

Welcome to Core Barre, U of R. You will need a BAR or a sturdy chair, a mat to cover your floor or a towel will also do. I use soup cans or water bottle for weights but if you have a set of small hand weights then those will work as well. 1, 2 or 3 lbs are rec due to the small movements and isometric holds, etc. You will also want to ensure a clean and clear workout space and have some water on hand. I may also throw in some other household items for use in class here and there. Due to the death of my mother half way through the month I was only able to film a few October videos. I am still working on converting them. Thank you for your understanding.
